A vacation in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan must be comfortable, so we offer for booking a clean and bright apartment with a magnificent view from the window on the 15th floor of a new residential complex!❤️ Nearby there are: RCB, Thermal complex "Beach", Kazan Expo, TD Port, Tennis Academy, -The airport is 15 minutes away - 10-15 minutes to the center -DRKB in 5 minutes About the apartment: ⁃ 4 beds (160/200 double bed and 160/200 comfortable sofa) - high-speed Internet (wi-fi), cable TV - all necessary appliances and utensils (washing machine, TV, electric stove, oven,microwave, refrigerator, kettle, iron, hair dryer) Personal hygiene items for each guest: three towels of different sizes, shower gel, shampoo.. ⁃ dishes: a frying pan, a saucepan (3 liters), cups, wine glasses, glasses, plates, cutlery, a corkscrew and other necessary kitchen items. Our rules: ⁃ Check-in from 14 / check -out until 12 *early check-in and late check-out are possible - to be negotiated separately , We ask you to pay a deposit of 2000 rubles. The deposit is refunded in full after check-out and cleaning of the apartment, subject to the safety of the property and compliance with the rules of accommodation. Smoking (cigarettes/hookah), any noisy events and parties are PROHIBITED in the apartment. - In case of complaints from neighbors or law enforcement agencies, eviction without refund of the deposit.
