Only 5-10 minutes by car to the park. Gorky, Korston shopping center and Kazanka River embankment. -Infrastructure: Supermarkets, coffee shops, pharmacies and bakeries are located right on the territory of the complex. WHAT'S IN THE APARTMENT • All necessary household appliances (washing machine, hair dryer, refrigerator, plasma TV, iron, microwave and kettle). • A comfortable fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. • Wide double bed with clean white linens for a sound sleep. • Comfortable double sofa bed. • Neat and spacious bathroom, fresh towels. RULES: • Over 2 people, extra charge . • 3000r deposit (refunded on the day of departure from 15:00-17:00) • The company is not responsible for hot water outages, power supply problems and other non-standard situations related to the activities of management companies, resource supply organizations or city services. • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, on the balcony and in the surrounding area • Pets are not allowed • The schedule of the booking department is from 9:00 to 22:00 daily. • Check-out time: check-in from 15:00 check-out until 12:00; • Conditions for early check-in and late check-out are negotiated individually, if possible; • The apartment is not rented for parties, events, persons without a passport and under 21 years of age; • Be sure to follow the rules of accommodation: do not smoke in the apartment, on the loggia and keep quiet after 22:00; • If necessary, we make accounting documents • For an additional fee, we can provide unscheduled cleaning; • An electronic contract is signed upon check-in. You will need a passport. • In case of violation of the rules of accommodation, we have the right to evict without refund of payment.
