Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible, negotiated with the manager in advance, an additional payment of 500 rubles / hour. Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in the apartment (including on the balcony and loggia), if the administrator detects the smell of smoke at the time of check-out, a FINE of 3,000 rubles will be charged. For cancellation of the reservation on the day of arrival - a fine in the amount of the deposit amount.
