The hotel is located in the central district of Kazan in the building of an old mansion on Maxim Gorky Street. Nearby are: Lenin Garden, Black Lake Park, M. Jalil Theater, Hermitage Garden, Opera and Ballet Theater and many other attractions, as well as cafes and bars within walking distance. The Kazan Kremlin is 1.5 km away, and Gorky Park is 2.5 km away. The nearest metro station is Ploshchad Tukaya, which is 1.5 km from the hotel. The railway station is 2.5 km away, and the airport is 29 km away. Also nearby are the public stops "Freedom Square", "University", "theater named afterTinchurina." Guests can book Economy, Standard, Suite and Studio rooms, each with private bathrooms. The Suite and Studio have a terrace with a beautiful view of Kazan, where you can comfortably relax in the evening, have a cup of tea or coffee and watch the sun set over Kazan.
