The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including hygiene kits, towels and slippers, a hairdryer, ironing facilities, hypoallergenic pillows and blankets. After each guest, a thorough wet cleaning of the rooms, replacement of bed linen and towels is carried out. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our apartments. In the immediate vicinity of the apartments there are shopping and business centers, the Lenta hypermarket, the transit transport artery along which the federal highway M-53 "Baikal" (R-255) passes, large industrial enterprises, the embankment of the Tom River, as well as a large number of cultural and entertainment facilities and attractions of the city.
