Near Komsomolsky Park, SRK Arena, Lenin Ave. within walking distance. ,We have contactless check-in/check-out - Upon check-in, a deposit of 2000₽ is charged, refunded within a day from the moment of your departure. - Extension before/after the estimated time of 200₽/hour - Check-in with small animals is possible with a one-time surcharge of 2000₽ - Upon check-in, you must provide your passport information, make full payment for accommodation + deposit. CHECK-IN from 14:00 - CHECK-OUT at 12:00 I provide reporting documents, contracts and receipts with a Qr code!!! ?Accounting documents are NOT INCLUDED in the room rate. ‼️Please note ‼️ ❌ WE DO NOT RENT ACCOMMODATION FOR CELEBRATIONS AND ANY OTHER HOLIDAYS. ❌ SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN OUR APARTMENTS. ? IN CASE OF VIOLATION OF THE RULES, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO EVICT YOU WITHOUT A REFUND. ‼️ In our apartment you will see : - Sleeps : Two large 2+2 pull-out sofas. - Clean, replaceable bed linen, towels for each guest. -All necessary utensils for cooking, as well as plates, mugs, cutlery for 4 people. - There are detergents, dish sponges and table cloths in the kitchen. - The bathroom has hygiene products (shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, toilet paper) and an air freshener. - Hair dryer, iron and ironing board. - Free Wi-Fi - Tea, sugar, napkins And many other pleasant little things.
