In our studio you will find:
-a large double bed (160 cm, an Ascona mattress of medium hardness), so that you can fully relax after a busy day.
- folding sofa (Ikea, 120 cm) with orthopedic base and comfortable mattress.
For your comfort, only white bed linen and towels, as well as all personal hygiene products (shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers).
For guests arriving for work, we provide accounting documents (contract, act, receipt of payment with QR code).
The deposit upon check-in is 1,500 rubles, refunded after check-out and inspection of the apartment within 24 hours.
For persons 18+, children are settled together with their parents or legal representatives.
Remote check-in 24 hours a day! After 22:00 we check in with a 100% advance payment.
Check-in time is after 13:00. Check out before 11:00.
