Clever Apartment . Contactless check-in after registration on the Apartsharing platform + passport to receive a code. We have check-in after 14:00h and check-out before 12:00h. Not for parties. We ask you not to make any noise from 13h to 15h and from 23h to 9h.The neighbors are people too. Smoking is prohibited! The photos are real! A cozy apartment with a view of the Amur River, we are located two stops from the city center, within walking distance from the BROSKO MALL, the largest shopping mall in the DV. There are more than 120 shops, food courts, a restaurant and an IMAX cinema.The area has a well-developed infrastructure, a public transport stop nearby, playgrounds. Within walking distance of shops ( ONE TWO , Pyaterochka ), ATMs, pizzeria. There are paid and free packages and beautiful views of the Amur River and sunsets. There is everything for a comfortable stay for guests, clean bed linen, two sets of towels,kitchen utensils and household appliances - a bed with orthopedic mattress - storage space, fast Internet and TV, a balcony. The third set of linen is provided for an additional fee of 500 rubles. When making accounting documents, an additional payment is 10% of the cost. If the reservation is made on the day of arrival, take into account the time of + 7 in Moscow. I sleep from 21:00 to 07:00. Guest requirement: -taking out the trash after yourself, -clean dishes after yourself, -clean living, -it is forbidden to leave a pet in the apartment alone, for a stay of 500 rubles per day. The deposit will not be refunded for damage to property and the above requirements! The security deposit is two thousand rubles .It is paid 15 minutes after check-in, for the entire period of stay. The deposit is refunded after checking the condition of the apartment and finishing cleaning (no smell of smoking was detected, nothing was broken, neighbors did not complain, etc.).
