The guest can receive the keys to the facility on their own on the day of check-in. Attention! During the New Year holidays, from 31.12 to 03.01, an insurance deposit (guarantee) is required in the amount of 100% of the reservation cost per day. You can contact the apartment and receive instructions on check-in only by e-mail ansandian@gmail.com from 10:00 to 21:00, including late check-ins. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is paid additionally and is only available for booking during the main working hours of the apartment. If you arrive late (after 21:00), you will only be allowed to enter the building with other residents. If you wish to bring your pet, you will need to pay an additional 1,000 rubles per night.
