At your disposal: a comfortable sofa, a bed with a MOON mattress, a TV, unlimited Internet, a change of bed linen, a set of towels for each guest, shower gel, toothpaste and a brush. Cleaning of the apartment, change of linen and towels is carried out strictly after each guest. One double set of linen is provided for two guests. If you need an additional kit, let us know in advance, and we will prepare it for you (+500rubles at a time). Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in the apartment or on the landing. The apartment is not intended for parties, mass events with a lot of people. In case of violation of the rules of accommodation, guests are evicted immediately without refund of the paid funds and deposit. When staying with pets, an additional deposit of 2000₽ is required. Upon check-out, the deposit is returned together with the main deposit. Please do not check in for guests under the age of 23 (sorry).
