The windows of the apartment overlook a quiet courtyard with a Playground, so the noise of the road will not interfere with your rest, even with the windows open. There are always parking spaces in the courtyard. You will find air conditioning, a comfortable sofa, a bed with a MOON mattress, 2 TVs (in the kitchen and in the room), unlimited Internet, a change of bed linen, a set of towels, shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrushes. Cleaning of the apartment, change of linen and towels is carried out strictly after each guest. one set of bed linen is provided for 2 guests, if you need an additional set, please let us know in advance, we will prepare it for you (+500₽ per service) Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in the apartment, on the landing and on the balcony. The apartment is not intended for parties and mass events with a lot of people. In case of violation, the guests will be evicted immediately without refund of the paid funds and deposit. When staying with pets, an additional deposit of 2000₽ is required. Upon check-out, the deposit is refunded together with the main deposit. We do not accommodate guests under the age of 23 (sorry).
