Cozy spacious premium class apartments in the historical center of the city can accommodate up to 4 people. Upon check-in, a security deposit of 2000 rubles is paid, and it is refunded on the day of departure after cleaning. ?Only the stated number of guests is allowed in the apartment (monitored by the administrator by video surveillance cameras with a motion sensor installed on the site at the entrance to the apartment). Please observe silence from 22:00 to 8:00. ??Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.Out the window too?? ⛔️Pets are not allowed⛔️ ‼️ For non - compliance , a fine in the amount of the deposit left If two guests stay in different beds, an additional set of bed linen is paid separately (+250 rubles). When booking for 3-4 guests, bed linen is provided in the amount of 2 double sets (2 blankets 160*200.4 pillows).If additional blankets are needed, an additional fee of 250 rubles per unit is also charged (you must notify in advance) Sleeping places: 1)double wide bed with orthopedic mattress (160*200cm) 2) double sofa bed (two full beds for adults, 160*200cm disassembled) Late check-out and early check-in are charged separately.
