Grocery stores are within walking distance.: "Major League", "Pyaterochka" and "Ten". The cottage is designed for comfortable accommodation of 4-6 people. There is everything you need for comfort: 2 isolated rooms, a kitchen-living room, an open attic, a shower room and a terrace. Main sleeping places: 2 double beds with orthopedic mattresses. In the kitchen-living room: sofa, kitchenette with dining table. Available for use: TV, speaker and Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, extractor hood, oven and induction hob, dishes and kitchen utensils. Bed linen and towels are provided. On request, an inflatable bed is available as the 6th and 7th places. The house is built of high-quality modern materials, which provides warmth in any weather. Underfloor heating and its own well are provided, which guarantees autonomy. A barbecue grill, skewers and a barbecue grill are provided.
