A private house (cottage) with a cozy territory, gazebos, barbecue. The house is located in the central, historical part of the city, surrounded by architectural monuments of the 18th - 19th centuries. The main attractions are shopping malls, the main square of Kostroma, the Volga River embankment, the Ipatievsky Monastery, as well as shops, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, are within walking distance. Guests can relax in the atmosphere of a country house with urban comfort! The building has two separate entrances with separate territories. One part of the house has three floors, on the ground floor there is a small kitchen-dining room with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cutlery and a set of dishes. There are three bedrooms on the second and third floors. Sleeps - three double beds, a double sofa, one armchair-bed. The rooms have all the necessary furniture for a comfortable stay, TV in each room. Each floor has its own bathroom with shower. The house has a washing machine, iron, hair dryer. In the cozy enclosed courtyard there is parking for one car (if necessary, there are places for 1-2 cars outside the gate, next to the house), a spacious gazebo and a small barbecue area. The second part of the house is located entirely on the ground floor - spacious three-bedroom apartments (a large room with a kitchenette, a large double bed and a sofa bed, a living room and a small bedroom). There is an exit to a closed courtyard with a gazebo and barbecue. Closed parking for one car. There is free Wi-Fi in the cottage.
