COST OF ACCOMMODATION: The base price in the booking calendar is indicated for 4 guests. There is a surcharge for each subsequent guest. We can accommodate up to 8 people as much as possible. RULES OF ACCOMMODATION: - Only persons specified in the booking can live and stay in the house. There are video surveillance cameras on site (in public areas) ,We are not allowed to : - Smoking of any kind of electronic cigarettes and tobacco products in the house - Noisy gatherings, parties and events - Loud music outside and in the house - Break the silence regime in the house and on the street from 22:00 to 10:00 - Launch fireworks, firecrackers, sky lanterns on the territory of the village - Professional photo/video shooting without prior approval Please note that our house is suitable only for a quiet, relaxing holiday! We do not rent a house to: ✖️ youth companies under the age of 25 ,men 's companies , for noisy companies, alcoholic parties and events Fines are provided for violations, and in extreme cases, interruption of stay (payment is non-refundable). We appreciate a calm atmosphere and take care of the comfort of our guests and neighbors. ? CHECK-IN CONDITIONS: CHECK-IN after 16.00 / CHECK-OUT before 12.00 Earlier check-in and late check-out are possible by agreement.
