Одной фразой «СЕРВИС НА НУЛЕ» Утро, завтрак, мы позавтракали, круассаны лежат на столе, нам говорят что с собой мы ничего взять не можем и мужчина из персонала вырывает у нас из рук и выкидывает их в мусорку 🤡 У ВАС КОГДА-НИБУДЬ В ОТЕЛЕ ЗАБИРАЛИ ЕДУ ИЗ РУК И ВЫБРАСЫВАЛИ ДЕМОНСТРАТИВНО В МУСОРКУ?😂😂😂 подходим на ресепшен, говорят мол разберемся, следующий день, нам наливают кофе с собой утром, на следующее утро нам говорят КОФЕ С СОБОЙ МЫ НЕ ДЕЛАЕМ ЭТО ЗАПРЕЩЕНО🤡 Сидим на общей зоне, у бассейна, написано в буклете что работает до 12 общая зона, в 10 часов нас выгоняют, говорят мол ну вот так, забыли поменять, А ОБЩЕЙ ЗОНЫ НЕТ АБСОЛЮТНО НИКАКОЙ, ни на улице ни в отеле кроме пары столов у бассейна, то есть если вы хотите после 10 что то делать в компании в этом отеле то здесь нет для этого места НИГДЕ кроме номера, пришлось идти на балкон, где на нас начали ругаться соседние номера что мы разговариваем и мешаем им, короче это первый отель в котором я отдыхаю с таким отвратительным сервисом в который тупо не хочется вернуться, хорошо что не на весь период отдыха забронировали, а то испортили бы себе отдых до конца 🫠 Отношение персонала ресторана (особенно мужчины с короткой стрижкой светлого 30-40 лет) как будто бы вы приехали в гости к старым незнакомым родственникам пожить у них бесплатно Сервис такого уровня в отеле 4* - это полный кошмар
