TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS ON SPA OPERATION Spa procedures: • are available from 10:00 to 22:00 by prior appointment at the SPA reception • appointments must include a 30‑minute break between procedures to allow the room to be aired and disinfected We inform you that the resort’s Bike Park is closed until the next summer season. We inform you that scheduled autumn maintenance work will be carried out at the Krasnaya Polyana Resort from October 15 to November 30, 2026. · From October 15 to November 6, the Eastern Sector of the resort (K‑10, K‑11, K‑12, K‑13) will be closed. · From November 1 to November 30, the cable cars in the Circus‑2 area (K‑4, K‑5) will be closed. · From November 8 to November 30, routine maintenance work will be carried out on the cable cars in the Central Sector (K‑1, K‑2, K‑3). A free transfer will be organized between Polyana 540 and Polyana 960. Starting from December 1, 2026, every guest staying in the Resort’s hotels and apartments will receive ski passes or walking tickets for the entire stay period at no additional cost. Ski passes or walking tickets are provided for all days of stay at the Resort, from check‑in to check‑out.
