In it, we described the apartment and booking conditions in as much detail as possible. For your convenience and perfect rest, the apartment is equipped with everything you need (and even more): - large double bed with orthopedic mattress; - comfortable pull-out sofa; - spotlessly clean bed linen, terry towels; - disposable slippers, personal care products, household chemicals; - basic grocery set (tea, coffee, salt, sugar...); - hair dryer, iron, clothes dryer and household items; - kitchen equipment: refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, all kinds of kitchen utensils, new dishes for serving and cooking; - Air conditioning, water heater, TV; - High-speed WiFi and Smart TV. The cleanliness of the apartment is our priority and value. Mandatory professional cleaning is carried out before each new arrival of the guests. From the windows of the apartment you can see the courtyard and the surroundings of the area, as well as beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The territory of the complex is equipped with stylobates, where there are: exercise equipment, sun beds, a playground, a football field, many places for recreation, work or study. And there is always a parking space for your car! Please note: neighbors' renovation work can be heard in the house, as the residential complex is new. But their conduct is regulated and we hope that this fact will not cause you much inconvenience. Our area has a well-developed infrastructure and many interesting and useful places nearby, which you can reach both by private transport and by public: - beautiful neighborhood "German village; - "Eye microsurgery named after Academician S. You will receive detailed instructions after booking. - Check-in time is after 15:00, check-out time is before 12:00 (earlier/later check-in/check-out is discussed individually and in advance). - When booking on Avito, a 30% prepayment is withheld. The remaining amount (plus a refundable deposit for the safety of the property of 3,000 rubles) You pay on the eve of check-in. - When booking for a period longer than 7 days, the deposit amount increases to 5,000 rubles. - The placement is official, according to the contract (you will need your passport). It is forbidden to hold noisy events, parties, as well as noise that may disturb neighbors, from 22:00 to 8:00 Guests under the age of 21 can only be accompanied by older people. We do not accommodate guests with children under 5 years of age ! For violation of the rules of accommodation, the deposit is withheld in full. And also, in such cases, we reserve the right to terminate the contract and refuse accommodation.
