This is a wonderful 2-room apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (basic the price is for 3 people, an additional person + 500 rubles.) In it, we described the apartment and booking conditions in as much detail as possible. For your convenience and perfect rest, the apartment is equipped with everything you need (and even more): - large double bed with orthopedic mattress - two single beds - comfortable pull-out sofa - spotlessly clean bed linen, terry towels and bathrobes - disposable slippers, personal care products, household chemicals - basic grocery set (portioned porridges, tea, coffee, biscuits, salt, sugar...) - first aid kit - water heater - hair dryer, iron, clothes dryer and household items (like a roller for clothes and a sewing kit) - kitchen equipment: refrigerator, hob, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, all kinds of kitchen utensils, new dishes for serving and cooking - High-speed WiFi and Smart TV The cleanliness of the apartment is our priority and value. Mandatory professional cleaning is carried out before each new arrival of the guests. From the windows of the apartment you can see the courtyard and the surroundings of the area, as well as beautiful sunsets and sunrises. There is always a parking space for your car on the territory of the complex! Please note: neighbors' renovation work can be heard in the house, as the residential complex is new. But their conduct is regulated and we hope that this fact will not cause you much inconvenience. You will receive detailed instructions after booking. - Check-in time is after 15:00, check-out time is before 12:00 (earlier/later check-in/check-out is discussed individually and in advance) - Prepayment is charged when booking. The remaining amount (plus a refundable deposit for the safety of the property of 3,000 rubles) You pay on the eve of check-in. - When booking for a period longer than 7 days, the deposit amount increases to 5,000 rubles. - The placement is official, according to the contract (you will need your passport). If necessary, we will provide the documents for your accounting department. - For long-term stays, we change bed linen and towels every 5 days (400 rubles per set) To ensure that your vacation is not overshadowed by unpleasant, conflict situations, we ask you to follow the simple rules of accommodation.: Smoking of any kind (tobacco, vapes, hookahs, etc.) is strictly prohibited! It is forbidden to hold noisy events, parties, as well as noise that may disturb neighbors, from 22:00 to 8:00 Guests under the age of 21 can only be accompanied by older people. We do not accommodate guests with children under 5 years of age For violation of the rules of accommodation, the deposit is withheld in full. And also, in such cases, we reserve the right to terminate the contract and refuse accommodation.
