It can comfortably accommodate 3 guests. A comfortable 1600*2000 bed with a new orthopedic mattress of medium hardness, comfortable pillows and a pull-out sofa in the kitchen. Towels, bed linen, shower gel, shampoo and other toiletries are also provided. There is an iron, hairdryer, washing machine. There is a French balcony in the room and a cozy loggia in the kitchen where you can smoke. ?The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances (microwave, refrigerator, water filter), dishes and cutlery. Within walking distance there are many cafes, restaurants, shops, Magnet, beauty salons, K&B, Liquor store and others; pharmacies and ATMs. The city center and the Gallery shopping center can be reached in 10 minutes by car; Galitsky Park is 20 minutes away. Yekaterininskaya Clinic on Herzen St. is a 7-minute drive away; Ohu-Cntr is 5 minutes away. The Sundali Leisure Club with a swimming pool is a 3–minute walk away. Turgenev residential complex and Tabris store are a 7-minute walk away. Check-in from 14.00, check-out until 12.00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by agreement. A passport and a deposit are required for check-in (refunded upon check-out). ❗️The age limit is from 23 years old.
