Nice studio with a toaster! Do not rent this apartment if you plan to smoke, make noise, drink, and so on! There are many apartments in the area that are rented out for parties. Mine definitely won't do! This is a lovely studio with designer renovation. It can accommodate a maximum of three people. The armchair-bed unfolds. I don't rent to people under the age of 23! Everything in the apartment is done with love and care. Every detail is thought out! Perfect cleanliness! Dear guests, you will feel at home here, and not like in a hotel! In the morning, you can enjoy yourself with crusty bread from the toaster. Deposit: 3000 rub. (after cleaning) is returned. I don't answer my phone after 22 hours. Late check-in by appointment. A passport is required upon check-in. Check out before 12 o'clock. Check-in after 2 p.m. Early arrivals and late departures are negotiated in advance.
