The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. The yard is closed, there is a Playground in the yard. Convenient transport interchange. Everything is within walking distance: Restaurants, cafes, hypermarkets, sports complexes. Attention: -When booking an apartment for persons under 25 years of age, the deposit amount is doubled -Check-in with pets, the deposit amount is doubled. Pay attention: Check-in time is after 14:00h (if sq.m. if you're available earlier, we'll be happy to check in earlier) Check-out time is before 12:00 (even if you arrived much later) It is possible to extend by the hour. Early and late check-in/check-out are negotiated separately and are subject to additional payment. Have your passport with you when checking in to sign the contract. A 2t deposit is also charged. After checking the apartment, the deposit is refunded. For the stay, we provide 1 set of bed linen for 2 people +2 sets of towels (large+small). Extra bed linen and towels 300 rub. Tea, sugar, salt are available. We will not refund your deposit if: -Accommodation for a larger number of guests than indicated in the reservation. - The apartment is smoky. Smoking is PROHIBITED in the apartment and on the balconies. - There will be complaints from neighbors -Stains on bed linen and towels are not washed (dear ladies, please do not wipe cosmetics with white towels, there are cotton pads and sticks for this) -provided -Detection of fur and the presence of pets that you have not warned about. - The apartment is not rented for entertainment events, parties.
