We will be glad to see you in our stylish, cozy, modern, comfortable and clean 1-room apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: A double bed with a new orthopedic mattress. A comfortable sofa. Fridge. A microwave. TV. Electric kettle. Iron. Fan. The ironing board. Clothes dryer. Wi-Fi. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. Upon check-in, 1 set of clean bed linen and towels is provided. An additional set of linen and towels is charged separately. Within walking distance are the center of quantum medicine, Molodezhny Square, a motor transport college, and 1.5 km from Leroy Merlin. For long-term check-in, bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days for free. Check-in time is at 14:00, check-out time is before 12:00, despite the late check-in. If the apartment is available, early check-in is possible. Early or late check-in/check-out is negotiated separately and is subject to additional payment. It is not rented out for noisy events and families with animals. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment!!! If a tobacco smell is detected, the deposit will not be refunded!!!
