Registration of guests Persons over the age of 18 must present their passport or other identification document and register with the administrator before check-in. 2. The time of check-in and eviction Check—in time is after 14:00, check—out time is before 12:00. If you need a different check-in/check-out time, please coordinate this with the administrator in advance. 3. Maintaining order and silence Please treat your neighbors and the people around you with respect. The noise level in the apartments and adjacent areas should not exceed the permissible standards. After 22:00, refrain from loud conversations, music, and noisy events. 4. Smoking Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 5. Use of equipment and inventory Use household equipment carefully and according to the instructions. For damage to property, compensation is charged in the amount of the cost of repairing or replacing the item. 6. Sanitation and hygiene The apartments are equipped with clean sets of linen, towels and hygiene products. Please keep it clean and tidy. 7. Accounting documents We provide a complete set of documents for reporting at the request of the guest (invoice, certificate of completed work, receipt with a quark). 8. Responsibility of tenants The tenant is responsible for damage to property caused by the tenant or persons staying with him. Damages to furniture, appliances, and interior items are subject to compensation. 9. Holding events Mass events and parties are prohibited. Unauthorized organization of events leads to early termination of the contract and the imposition of a fine. 10.
