Kontinent Guest House is located in Lazarevskoye, 300 meters from its own pebble beach "Chaika" and the embankment. The Nautilus Water Park with slides and pools is within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity there is the Central Park of Culture and Recreation with amazing plants, attractions and cozy recreation areas, as well as many other exciting activities where any vacationer will find entertainment to their liking. There is a bus stop near the hotel, there is a market and a supermarket, cafes and other facilities of the resort infrastructure. The Continent Guest House offers rooms of various categories suitable for couples, families with children and small companies. The hotel's rooms consist of Economy rooms (located in the adjacent Panorama building), Standard, Comfort and Luxury rooms. The spacious and bright rooms are modernly renovated, equipped with appliances and furniture, have a combined bathroom (shower, toilet) and spacious balconies for relaxation. Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, hot and cold water supply around the clock. The rooms have a wonderful view of the sea, and there are outdoor terraces with relaxation areas on the floors.
