Rooms of the "Standard" and "Comfort" categories are located from the 1st to the 5th floor. Please note that the floor selection service is not available, and this should be taken into account when booking! For large companies, we offer a cottage for 8 people with a private kitchen. This is a great place for a large family or a group of friends to relax, where everyone will find a comfortable place for themselves. On the territory of "Lilia" there is a beautiful garden where you can relax in the fresh air. There is also a small equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. The guest house has a closed, well-maintained territory. There is a green indoor garden with flowers, southern plants and outdoor recreation areas. There is also a shared equipped kitchen in the courtyard, where guests like to gather on warm evenings. A 10-minute walk from the guest house is a closed, guarded parking lot for guests with a private car. The cost of the service ranges from 300 to 500 rubles per day, depending on the season. A transfer from the Lazarevskoye railway station is available around the clock by prior arrangement. The cost is 500 rubles.
