При оформлении на ресепшене девушка даже не поздоровалась, абсолютно молча оформляла. Эта девушка с трудом открыла нам дверь, мы зашли в номер без света и ключей, а администратор просто молча ушла. Персонал работает по принципу "добудь себе сервис сам". Ничего не объясняют, ни "добро пожаловать, ни здравствуйте". Теперь о номере (люкс): кровать с провисающим матрасом, ножка отломана. Постоянные перебои со светом. Окна выходят в парк. Музыка, затем крики, веселье отдыхающих до 3х ночи. В 6 утра начинают включать аттракционы (очень громко). Балкона нету, места для курения тоже. В описании был вид на море и отдельный балкон.
На бассейне ни разу не купались.
Из плюсов - расположение на набережной. Завтрак - "шведский", достойный. Всё. Стоимость НЕ соответствует сервису. Однозначно советовать не буду.

Priboy is a hotel 10 meters from the sea coast and an equipped beach. Lazarevsky Park of Culture and Recreation with a Ferris wheel, dolphinarium and aquarium are a 2-3-minute walk away. The train station is 2 km away, and Sochi Airport is 106 km away.
Guests can stay in Standard, Standard Superior, Junior Suite, Studio and Suite rooms. The rooms are equipped with modern furniture, comfortable beds, air conditioning, plasma TV, refrigerator and wardrobe. The private bathroom comes with cosmetics and a set of towels for each guest.
