Rosemary is located in a quiet place surrounded by mountains, in the valley of the mountain river "Psezuapse". A 15-minute walk to the sea on flat terrain. The rooms are spacious, bright, and modernly renovated, ranging in size from 24 to 45 m2. There is a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains from the second floor. We have a heated swimming pool (t 27-29), a barbecue made of natural stone - you can cook a barbecue and sit at outdoor tables, there is a green area with beautiful plants, and the most convenient mountain trails are located within walking distance. The room has modern furniture, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, safe, hairdryer, bathroom, shower with toiletries, towels for face and hands and a bath. A comfortable orthopedic mattress is provided for a sound and healthy sleep. You can feel at home here. The Nautilus Water Park is 150 meters away, and the clear mountain river Psezuapse flows, where you can swim if the sea is stormy. On the way to the sea and a 5—minute walk away there is a Magnit Hypermarket, a KFC, a market and a Pyaterochka store 100 meters away. Also nearby is the central entertainment square (the Center of National Cultures), the central market, numerous canteens, bars and restaurants. Lazarevskoye has two cinemas, the only aquarium in the Lazarevskoye district, three dolphinariums, and a penguins. When booking at the Rosemary Private house, the guest accepts and agrees to these booking rules.: 1. In case of early departure of the guest, recalculation and refund of funds is made minus the last day. 2. Upon cancellation of the reservation, the prepayment for the reservation will be refunded in full, minus the bank's transfer fee if the request is canceled at least 45 calendar days before the arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled less than 45 calendar days before the arrival date, the prepayment for the reservation will not be refunded. Catering services are not provided.
