Gosdacha LDZAA

The LDZAA state cottage is for family holidays at sea. It is located in the village of the same name among the relict pine grove of the reserve, 100 meters from the Black Sea coast. The territory of the boarding house is fenced and guarded. Vacationers can enjoy the beautiful nature and impeccable ecology of Ldzaa all year round. The residential building of the boarding house includes the following categories: comfort - 2-room, standard 2-room, standard, standard without balcony, superior cottage and cottage. The main building consists of 5 floors, there are rooms with and without a balcony. Each is equipped with the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning. The cottages are built in eco-style from wood with a private terrace. The area of the houses is 30 m2. Hearty breakfasts, lunches and dinners are served daily in the dining room of the boarding house. Leisure time on site can be spent playing badminton, walking in the park area, and there is a playground for young guests. The beach is also known for its clean water and soft sandy-pebble surface, equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs.
