The house is located directly at the Kotsar stop. There are plenty of parking spaces. Convenient location near transport interchanges, Voronezh highway, Bus station. Near the Auchan market, Taiga restaurant, Riviera shopping center, Molodezhny Park. Within walking distance are the Pyaterochka store, Magnit, Krasnoe i Beloe, Myasnik, the European market, a pharmacy, a sports and recreation complex with a Pobeda swimming pool, and a beauty salon. There is NO smoking in the apartment. We do not rent to persons under the age of 23, to persons in an alcoholic state, to noisy companies! The apartments are NOT for events, but for living and relaxing. The deposit amount starts from 3,000 rubles, and is refunded to the card within 24 hours after check-out and cleaning of the apartment (if everything is in order and the rules of accommodation have not been violated). For your safety, a video camera is installed on the floor in front of the apartment entrance. Have your passport (original) with you to conclude the contract.
