A modern Scandinavian style house with large panoramic windows and a second light. The windows offer a beautiful view of the sea and the green hills. It is located in a secluded place, Lipniki village, 30 minutes from Imereti embankment. The nearest store is 5 minutes away. Pyaterochka is 7 minutes away. The Trout farm, where you can go on an excursion, buy fresh fish and caviar, is 15 minutes away. The nearest restaurants are 15 and 17 minutes away. Paid fishing with gazebos is 15 minutes away. Krasnaya Polyana and Rosa Khutor are 30-40 minutes away. Sky Park and Akhshtyr Cave are 20 minutes away. The Trinity St. George Monastery in Galitsyno is 30 minutes away. Sochi is 40-50 minutes away. Bedroom on the 1st floor (double bed with comfortable mattress, large wardrobe), equipped with everything necessary; sleeping accessories, ironing board and iron, hair dryer. A cozy children's room on the 1st floor with a bed on the second tier and a folding chair, as well as a wardrobe. The third sleeping area is located on the second floor with a mansard roof and a window where you can watch the night starry sky. The spacious living room is combined with a kitchen area and a seating area with a sofa, upholstered ottomans and a huge projector screen. In the living room, you can hold a festive event, arrange a movie screening or play board games in a friendly company or family circle. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need – a stove, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, an oven, a large refrigerator, cooking utensils and appliances for 12 people. The house has 2 bathrooms.node. There is a shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom on the second floor. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. In the courtyard, for the convenience of guests, there is a barbecue area with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. Skewers and grates for frying are provided. During the warm season (from May to October), guests have access to a spacious swimming pool. The depth is 1.6 meters, the size is 3m by 6m. There are also sun beds to sunbathe or relax after swimming. Parking for cars is located next to the house and is designed for 4 cars.
