You must also provide a passport photo. The standard check-out time is until 12:00 p.m., then the next day is paid, and for your convenience, an hourly payment is provided by prior agreement. The deposit is refunded on the day of check-out after the keys are returned and cleaning is done before 23:00 on the day of check-out. When leaving the apartment, we kindly ask you to take out the trash and not leave dirty dishes. Otherwise, the deposit is withheld. In case of violation of the rules of accommodation (uncoordinated number of people, uncoordinated accommodation with animals, noise, fights, complaints from neighbors, etc.), we reserve the right to evict the guest, regardless of the time of day, payment for accommodation and deposit will not be refunded. If, after check-out, damaged bed linen / towels / bedspreads are found during the acceptance or cleaning of the apartment, breakdowns / theft of things that were in the apartment, including keys / a fine is paid, or the cost is deducted from the deposit.
