Все-таки это не отель, это переделанная под гостевой дом квартира. Завтраки не предусмотрены. В целом, твердая 3+. Хороший гостевой дом. Минусы: 1. Местоположение. Напротив окон - гаражи, рядом нет магазинов, кафе. 2. Сервис. - постельное белье не по размеру. Простыня в длину не закрывает матрас, в ширину - впритык по ширине матраса, даже боковин не закрывает. Позвонила администратору, она сказала, что это стандартный размер. Ну, для детской кроватки, возможно и стандартный, но не для большой кровати уж точно. - нет плечиков для одежды в комнате, - фен по запросу у администратора, один на всех жильцов, - темные полотенца, что не дает возможности увидеть их чистоту. 3. В зоне кровати нет светильника, одна розетка. Плюсы: 1. Чисто и уютно. В комнате хорошо убрано. И в туалете тоже все чисто. 2. Есть мини-холодильник, микроволновка, чайник, чашки, чай в пакетиках. Даже салфетки есть. 3. Удобный матрас на кровати. 4. Есть водонагреватель в ванной. +++ 5. У меня было заселение без контактное. Администратор сразу брала трубку, общалась доброжелательно, заселение и решение вопросов было комфортным.
