Отдыхаем в данном отделе уже не в первый раз , живя 5 дней в этот раз разочаровались им,а ценник не маленький )из минусов:запах канализации на протяжении всего проживания; был постоянный ремонт в офисном помещении ,а слышимость очень хорошая,особенно в санузле картонные перегородки с соседним номером;отсутствует вытяжка; постоянные перепады воды,настроить чтобы помыться приходилось по 10минут,а с ребенком это беда беда ; на завтраках ребенок ел тостеры,но к сожалению сам апппарат был сломан ,на что сотрудники отвечали да он плохо работает и ничего не предпринимали дабы заменить его так и стоит то работает то нет,сервис так себе ( ; уборка номеров на троечку.
Из плюсов месторасположение вблизи хоккейного стадиона ,красивый вид с номеров и прекрасные разнообразные завтраки!
Надеюсь учтете замечания,так как удобно у вас останавливаться)

Регулярно останавливаюсь в отеле.
Всегда все предупредительны и вежливы, на любую просьбу мгновенный отклик.
Когда приезжаю, всегда посещаю ресторан на первом этаже, там есть блюда с интересными для меня вкусовыми сочетаниями.
About the hotel
The Forum Hotel is located in the heart of the city within walking distance from the Metallurg Ice Arena and just 17 km away. from the airport. The hotel was built in 2009. The interior of the rooms and their equipment meet the standards of the European level. In 2014, the last updates of the part of the room stock were made, as a result of which the standard rooms became much more comfortable. For the convenience of guests, there is a paid guarded parking lot.
All rooms are equipped with modern plumbing, telephones, televisions, cable TV, free wireless Internet access, safes, hair dryers, individual hygiene accessories, electric kettles.
