In order to comply with the internal rules of the hotel, when checking in a couple where both guests are residents of the Republics of Dagestan, Ingushetia or Chechnya, proof of marital status is required. The following documents are accepted as confirmation: a marriage certificate issued by the Registry Office of the Russian Federation; a document confirming marriage according to Sharia law; or joint photos from family events. Throughout the Hotel, including rooms, balconies, loggias, bathrooms and public areas, there is a strict ban on smoking any tobacco products, electronic nicotine delivery systems (vapes, icos, glo, etc.), hookahs and the use of other smoking devices and mixtures. If smoking is detected in the room or on the territory of the Hotel, a fine of 5,000 rubles is charged to the Guest to compensate for the costs of fire-fighting and sanitary treatment of the room (dry cleaning of upholstered furniture, curtains, carpets, washing of all surfaces, air ozonation). In case of repeated or gross violation of the rules, the Hotel administration has the right to refuse the Guest further accommodation without compensation for the cost of unused nights. If the Guest refuses to leave the room voluntarily, the administration has the right to call police officers to draw up an administrative protocol under art. 6.24 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Violation of the prohibition of smoking tobacco in certain rooms). Alcoholic beverages are prohibited throughout the Hotel. It is forbidden to be intoxicated, insulting human dignity and public morality, as well as committing acts that violate the peace of other guests (noise, aggressive behavior). In case of violation of the rules, the guest will be fined 10,000 rubles for violating the sanitary and epidemiological regime and compensation for lost profits due to possible complaints from other guests. The Hotel administration reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the accommodation agreement and refuse the Guest accommodation services without compensation for the cost of unused nights. If the Guest refuses to voluntarily leave the Hotel or pay a fine, the administration has the right to call police officers to draw up an administrative protocol under Article 20.21 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Appearance in public places in a state of intoxication") or Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Minor hooliganism").
