Заранее забронировала номер, оплатила. Приехала с аэропорта на такси по адресу увидела чёрную дверь с надписью Таv и кодовый замок, в итоге дверь заперта, звоню по номеру указанному в уведомлении там отвечают что брони нет, всего вам хорошего....заселения не было дверь так и была закрыта.
При требовании вернуть оплату наткнулась на грубый отказ, обвинили ещё что не туда звонила и не туда приехала....ехала в надежде на отдых а получила отвратительное общение и обман.

Хороший отель , номера с дизайном как на фото . Люкс , полу люкс .
Так же у них есть бюджетные номера стандартной категории . Не путайте стандарт и люкс . А то была удивлена картиной такой на ресепшене гостья по цене стандарта хотела люкс . Нам все понравилось обязательно вернемся
