Welcome to the Red Owl Guest House, your cozy corner on the shores of Lake Baikal! Our spacious and well-maintained two-storey house is ideal for a comfortable stay with a large company or individual families. We can accommodate up to 15 guests in five rooms: two double, two quadruple and one triple. All rooms are decorated with love and care to make you feel at home. At your disposal: Spacious rooms: Cozy double rooms, comfortable quadruple rooms and spacious triple rooms. All beds are provided with comfortable mattresses and high-quality linens for a sound and healthy sleep. Conveniences: Two bathrooms and a shower on the ground floor. Public areas: A living room with a fireplace that creates an atmosphere of warmth and comfort, a library for fans of reading and TV for evening relaxation. Fully equipped kitchen: everything you need to cook your favorite dishes – stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettles and a full set of dishes, from glasses to pots. A cozy kitchen-dining room for gatherings and meals together. Outdoors: The covered terrace with a barbecue area and three large tables is an ideal place for barbecue and outdoor gatherings. A playground with a slide and a sandbox for younger guests. Heated swimming pool (about 1.3 m deep) – refresh and relax at any time! Large green lawn for sunbathing and active games. Free on-site parking. A birch–wood Russian sauna is for true relaxation and wellness. Advantages of the location: Our guest house is located in a quiet and picturesque place, just 5-7 minutes walk to the shore of Lake Baikal. Rules of accommodation: We strive to create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for all our guests. Please read our simple rules.: Check-in: from 14:00 (do not worry if you are late, your room will be waiting). Check-out: before 12:00 (necessary to prepare for the arrival of the next guests). Unauthorized persons: Guests can only visit in consultation with the administration and for a fee (until 21:00). Quiet hour: from 22:00 to 08:00 (please keep quiet so as not to disturb other guests). Loud music is prohibited in the summer. Alcohol intoxication: We reserve the right to refuse to check in to guests who are heavily intoxicated. Children: Children under 2 years old stay free of charge without providing a bed. Parents or accompanying persons are responsible for the safety of minor children. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the house. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. We welcome guests with children! Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
