The farm is located on the edge of the forest, 3 km from the village. Melnikovo Priozersky district of the Leningrad region in an ecologically safe area near the Vuoksa River at a distance of just over 1 hour drive from St. Petersburg. This distance ensures perfect air cleanliness and at the same time takes very little time to get here on the newest autobahn. There are 4 cottages of different capacities on the farm, which have everything for a comfortable stay for guests: Shower, Toilet, Kitchen, Refrigerator, All dishes, Linen, Cozy attic, Heating. The houses are made of timber, the water comes from its own well, its own boiler room. There is a wood-burning sauna, you can come with pets, a free barbecue and fresh goat's milk. There are many historical and cultural attractions within walking distance from the Farm. Our guests can stroll through the ancient Tiversky settlement, visit the Finnish Mill and the Finnish Church, as well as take a look at the unique Church on Vuoksa. It is located on a small island, to which there is a reliable bridge. Well, the main attraction of the Farm is our pets - goats and geese, who are happy to make friends with each of our guests. During the summer season, our beach, equipped with piers, awaits guests. You can sunbathe, swim and go boating on the picturesque Vuokse River.
