A three-star Tulpar hotel complex has been opened in Mendeleevsk.
According to the Mendeleev News, the hotel is located in a historic building. Once there was a district party committee. Later, the facility was used for a kindergarten, a hotel, a shop, a bank, and since 2015 it has been empty. Then the building was bought by a Naberezhnye Chelny entrepreneur, 85 million rubles were allocated for its reconstruction.
The hotel complex, consisting of two floors, is designed for 32 guests. The hotel has seven double rooms, two family rooms and two duplex rooms. There is also a room for people with limited mobility.
On the territory adjacent to the hotel, it is planned to build a SPA complex for guests and other guests, as well as the construction of a restaurant. Investments in the project will amount to 250 million rubles. In the future, it is planned to upgrade the class to four stars.
