Business Residence & Spa - comfortable apartments, located in the resort of Sunny Valley. The apartments can accommodate from 1 to 6 people and are equipped with a kitchen area and air conditioning. The hallmark of each is French windows and balconies with panoramic views of the Ural Mountains and the forest area. The building houses: the Business Residence restaurant and the Sunny Spa & Wellness" with an aqua zone, steam rooms, massage rooms and a gym. The Spa's aqua zone consists of two areas: children's water attractions with a shallow pool up to 30 cm and a large 25-meter pool for adults with hydro massage areas. The water temperature in the pool is about 31 degrees, which will make visiting as comfortable as possible for kids. For guests staying in the apartment, a daily one-time visit to the gym is provided. Within walking distance are: the Family Alley pond with an equipped recreation area (barbecue areas, sun beds), the Jackfrost gastrobar, ATV rental, sports equipment rental, an all-season tubing track and the Fedor Konyukhov Children's Club. The infrastructure allows you to receive both individual tourists and corporate groups, hold conferences and other events of any format and scale.
