Контора за 15 лет не научилась оправдывать своего названия. Сервис отсутствует полностью, в офисе не умеют общаться с клиентами, видимо считают, что приходят к ним домой и требуют каких-то услуг. Женщина работает порядка 15 лет и за это время не научилась элементарным правилам делового общения с клиентами. Руководство, обратите внимание на это, проведите тренинг на развитие клиентоориентированности. Вы не одни в городе, будьте конкурентноспособными хотя бы в общении, если услугу качественно не можете предоставить
