The apartment is located on the main avenue in the city center. Incredibly convenient location: within walking distance of the Central Department Store, Komarovsky market, philharmonic hall. And, of course, the developed infrastructure: near the house there is a metro, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. This studio offers the perfect combination of modern convenience and homely comfort. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and household appliances for cooking: a stove, an oven, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, and a water purification system. The room has a comfortable bed and a TV where you can relax after a long day. A washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, shower gel and towels are provided for your convenience. A shuttle service is available for an additional fee. We have the following rules: 1. The apartment is not rented for parties and noisy events. 2. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. 3. From 23:00 to 7:00 there is a silence mode in the house. Please keep a calm atmosphere and refrain from loud music, noisy conversations and other sounds that may disturb the neighbors. Unfortunately, early check-in is not possible. However, if there is no reservation for the next day, late check-out is possible for an additional fee: if check-out is before 17:00, then half of the cost of the day, after 17:00 - the full cost of the day. A cleaning service is available: if you need to tidy up and replace the bed linen and towels during your stay, please let us know. The service is completely free.
