The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary for convenience: a modern kitchen with high-quality appliances, including a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bathroom has new plumbing and a washing machine. A comfortable bedroom and a spacious living room provide a comfortable stay and entertainment. Large windows fill the rooms with natural light, and the balcony provides an opportunity to enjoy fresh air and views of the green park. The location of the apartment is a real advantage: just a few steps from Chelyuskintsev Park, where you can enjoy walks and outdoor recreation. Excellent transport accessibility: there are public transport stops nearby, which provides easy access to various parts of the city. A shuttle service is available for an additional fee. We have the following rules: 1. The apartment is not rented for parties and noisy events. 2. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. 3. From 23:00 to 7:00 there is a silence mode in the house. Please keep a calm atmosphere and refrain from loud music, noisy conversations and other sounds that may disturb the neighbors. Unfortunately, early check-in is not possible. However, if there is no reservation for the next day, late check-out is possible for an additional fee: if check-out is before 17:00, then half of the cost of the day, after 17:00 - the full cost of the day. A cleaning service is available: if you need to tidy up and replace the bed linen and towels during your stay, please let us know. The service is completely free.
