The apartment is located in Minsk Mir, a new residential complex in the heart of the capital. On the ground floor, there is a bar, cafe, and restaurant. Within walking distance, you can find a grocery store, coffee shop, shopping center, gym, and spa. It's also convenient to get to the train station, which is just two metro stops away. The road to major attractions takes no more than 20 minutes by public transportation. The apartment has been renovated in a modern style. It has a stylish and spacious bedroom, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and large TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils and appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bath and washing machine, and we provide shower gel and towels for your convenience. You can enjoy beautiful views from the balcony as the apartment is located on the 17th floor. Parking and Wi-Fi are available, and for an additional fee, we can provide shuttle service. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for parties or noisy events. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. From 11pm00 pm. to 7.00 a.m., there is a quiet time in the building, so please maintain a peaceful atmosphere and avoid loud music, shouting and other noises that may disturb your neighbors. Unfortunately, early check-in is currently not available. However, if you do not have a reservation for the following day, we can accommodate you with late check-out for an additional fee. If your check-out time is before 5pm00 pm, it will be half the cost of your stay. If it is after 5.00 pm, the full cost of your room will apply.
