A cozy one-bedroom apartment is suitable for a comfortable stay. The apartment has a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a bathroom combined with a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen: stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave and toaster, dishes and cutlery, which makes it ideal for cooking homemade dishes. The apartment also has a desk and a TV, which makes it convenient to work and relax. The area offers a well-developed infrastructure - a three-minute walk from the shopping center "Dana Mall" with a supermarket, cinema and food court. There are pharmacies and public transport stops within walking distance, as well as one of the main attractions of Minsk - the National Library. The guests are accompanied from the moment of booking until they leave the apartment. We have the following rules: 1. The apartment is not rented for parties and noisy events. 2. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. 3. From 23:00 to 7:00 there is a silence mode in the house. Please keep a calm atmosphere and refrain from loud music, noisy conversations and other sounds that may disturb the neighbors. Dear guests, please note that there will be no hot water in the apartments from July 21 to August 3. A running water heater is installed in the bathroom to heat the water. Unfortunately, early check-in is not possible. However, if there is no reservation for the next day, late check-out is possible for an additional fee: if check-out is before 17:00, then half of the cost of the day, after 17:00 - the full cost of the day. A cleaning service is available: if you need to tidy up and replace the bed linen and towels during your stay, please let us know. The service is completely free.
