Apartment on Kozlov Street 2 is a cozy apartment located in the historical center of Minsk. The distance to Minsk-Passazhirsky railway station is 3 km, and Minsk Airport is 43 km away. The kitchen-living room is at guests' disposal, the bedroom has a double bed, sofa, flat-screen TV, the room looks fresh, thanks to the neutral and fresh shades of wallpaper, which creates an atmosphere of coziness and comfort. The kitchen has a fridge, kettle, microwave, stove, dining table and chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. There is free Wi-Fi internet. There are a lot of places of recreation and leisure nearby: cafes, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos. Victory Square metro station is within walking distance. Registration is required for foreign citizens. We have the following rules: 1. The apartment is not rented for parties and noisy events. 2. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. 3. From 23:00 to 7:00 there is a silence mode in the house. Please keep a calm atmosphere and refrain from loud music, noisy conversations and other sounds that may disturb the neighbors. Unfortunately, early check-in is not possible. However, if there is no reservation for the next day, late check-out is possible for an additional fee: if check-out is before 17:00, then half of the cost of the day, after 17:00 - the full cost of the day. A cleaning service is available: if you need to tidy up and replace the bed linen and towels during your stay, please let us know. The service is completely free.
