Spacious one-bedroom apartment with an area of 82 square meters at 40 Zakharova Street, Minsk, near Victory Square metro station. The windows offer a view of a quiet area with Gorky Park and Simon Bolivar Square, as well as cafes, restaurants, and the Mir cinema. The apartment features two bedrooms and a living area with two beds and a double sofa, making it ideal for comfortable accommodation for a family or group. There is also a walk-in closet for convenient storage. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and boiler. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and TV for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, hair dryer, towels, and shower gel. Located on the second floor of a four-story building, the apartment is conveniently located in the second entrance. Near the house, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay and entertainment, including parks, a cinema, and a variety of dining options. A shuttle service is available at an additional cost. We have the following rules: 1. Parties and noisy events are not allowed in the apartment. 2. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. 3. There is a quiet time from 23:00 to 7:00 in the house. Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere and avoid loud music, loud conversations, and other noises that may disturb your neighbors. Early check-ins are not possible. If there are no reservations for the next day, a late checkout is possible for an extra fee. Check-out before 17:00 costs half the day's rate, while check-out after 17:00 costs the full day's rate.
