Apartments on Zhores Alferov street 12

The apartments at 12 Zhores Alferov Street are located in the Minsk Mir residential complex, a picturesque area in the center of Minsk. There are many cafes, restaurants, shops and parks in the area where you can relax in nature. There are public transport stops nearby for a comfortable urban life. The apartment is decorated in a modern style and includes a spacious bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a large TV, as well as a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking, including a refrigerator, cutlery, dishes, an electric kettle and an oven. There is an equipped loggia with a beautiful view, which will be a great place to relax or have a morning coffee. The apartment has air conditioning. The bathroom is combined with a washbasin, toilet, bathtub and washing machine. Free parking in the courtyard and fast Wi-Fi are available. Dear guests, please note that there will be no hot water in the apartments from June 15th to June 28th. A running water heater is installed in the bathroom to heat the water. The house is equipped with an elevator and a well-equipped entrance area. A shuttle service can be arranged for an additional fee. We have the following rules: 1. The apartment is not rented for parties and noisy events. 2. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. 3. From 23:00 to 7:00 there is a silence mode in the house. Please keep a calm atmosphere and refrain from loud music, noisy conversations and other sounds that may disturb the neighbors. Unfortunately, early check-in is not possible. However, if there is no reservation for the next day, late check-out is possible for an additional fee: if check-out is before 17:00, then half of the cost of the day, after 17:00 - the full cost of the day. A cleaning service is available: if you need to tidy up and replace the bed linen and towels during your stay, please let us know. The service is completely free.
