They are equipped with a wardrobe, a TV, a sofa, air conditioning, a washing machine, an equipped kitchen with a microwave and a full bathroom with a washing machine. Towels, bed linen, shower gel, tea and coffee are provided. There is free parking in the courtyard of the house. A shuttle service is available for an additional fee. We have the following rules: 1. The apartment is not rented for parties and noisy events. 2. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. 3. From 23:00 to 7:00 there is a silence mode in the house. Please keep a calm atmosphere and refrain from loud music, noisy conversations and other sounds that may disturb the neighbors. Unfortunately, early check-in is not possible. However, if there is no reservation for the next day, late check-out is possible for an additional fee: if check-out is before 17:00, then half of the cost of the day, after 17:00 - the full cost of the day. A cleaning service is available: if you need to tidy up and replace the bed linen and towels during your stay, please let us know. The service is completely free.
