A designer house with a sauna

A chic designer house with a sauna and two terraces is located in one of the most popular inhabited old country villages - Kratovo. There are 3 lakes at different distances from the house, one of them is a 5-minute walk away - a great place for hiking. Near the house there is a large playground and a sports field with a football field - 5 minutes on foot. The nearest regional town is Ramenskoye, Zhukovsky (shops, market, restaurants, cinemas). Grocery stores are a 15-minute walk away. There is a beach, a cafe, concerts and events on weekends, and children's clubs in summer. Facilities: a double bed, two single beds and a double sofa bed, made with fresh linens. For a comfortable stay, our house is equipped with: wi-fi, smart TV. Household appliances: dishwasher, water heater, washing machine, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, oven, electric kettle, hairdryer, iron. Extras: dishes, kitchen utensils, fresh bed linen and soft towels, hygiene products, board games. A barbecue area is also available. Bike trails and guided tours are available.
